Banting Avocober Smoothie

2 Servings:


  • 150g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Avocado
  • 200g Coconut Cream
  • Water to get desired consistency


Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth drink.
You can sweeten the smoothie by adding some Xylitol if desired or chuck in a bunch of superfoods to give an extra boost!
