Glowing Skin Smoothie
Get your nutrients through food, this smoothie will leave you feeling energized, your skin toned and will give you a healthy glow.
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Coconut water
1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup pure Mango juice
1 cup spinach
1/4 Avocado
1 Tsp ground flax
Method
Add ingredients to blender and mix until smooth – add more coconut water to reach desired consistency.
