Chermoula Recipe

To maintain emotional balance and good mood, enjoy this complex mixture of berries with wheat germ and soya milk. Together, the ingredients provide a wide spread of good mood nutrients that will also help build strong bones and boost your natural immunity.


100g Blue berries
50g Strawberries
50g Cranberries
1tbsp Wheat germ (B vitamins from the wheat germ)
1tsp Flax seed oil (Essential fatty acids from the flax oil)
1small banana
300mlsoya milk (phytoestrogens from the soya)


Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and serve
