Vegetable Noodle Stir-fry Recipe

Makes: Two Portions


170g Vegetable stir-fry mix
58g Brown rice vermicelli
10g Chopped garlic
5ml Sesame oil
5ml Olive oil
45ml Indonesian soya sauce
5ml Worcester sauce
15ml Black bean sauce
15ml Sweet chili sauce
5ml Ginger juice
1/4 cup Water
White sesame seeds


Cook the noodles until done 4 -5 minutes and set aside
Add the olive oil, sesame oil and the garlic to the wok and sauté for about a minute.
Now add the vegetable mix and sauté for a further few minutes until the vegetables are heated through and still crunchy.
Add all the sauces (Soya, Worcester, black bean, sweet chili and ginger juice) to the vegetables.
Then add the 1/2 cup water
Mix through
Now add the cooked noodles and combine.
Plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
