Apple Cinnamon Muffin Recipe

Chermoula Recipe

(makes 10 small muffins)


• 190g rice flour
• 70ml fructose
• 60ml rice milk powder
• 80ml grape seed oil
• 2t/10ml psyllium husk
• 1t/5ml baking powder
• 7.5ml cinnamon
• 225ml water
• 200g apple


• Peel and grate apple and add to mixing bowl with the rest of ingredients.
• Mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon, before adding to a food processor
• Once processed, add ingredients to muffin tray and in a pre-heated oven on 180, bake for +_25min.
• Bake on180 for about 25 min
