Green Protein Shake

People use the ‘Protein’ word as an excuse not to go vegetarian, the reality is that plant protein is far superior to animal and much more enviromentally sustainable.

Ingredients

180g peeled and diced mango
1 cup unsweetened rice milk
1 Frozen banana
1 scoop Green Vibrance Protein Powder
1 tsp. sprouted ground flax seed

Method

Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth drink.

Optional additions:

Mineral complex, EFA’s, extra fiber, gingko biloba
