Homemade Banting Granola

Homemade Banting Granola


160g Raw organic almonds
160g Raw organic pecans
160g Raw organic macadamias
120g Raw organic sunflower seeds
80g Milled golden flax seeds
80g Organic pumpkin seeds
80g Raw coconut flakes
80g Xylitol or coconut blossom sugar
80g Cold pressed coconut oil
10g Sea salt


Pre heat the oven to 160°C
Roughly chop up the nuts and pumpkin seeds so they are not all whole.
Combine all your ingredients (except coconut flakes) into a large mixing bowl.
Make sure the oil has combined evenly through the granola.
Spread the granola out on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes then using an egg lifter mix the granola around and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Leave to cool and pack into an airtight container.
